Focuses on finding and qualifying prospective customers to fill the sales pipeline. This VA researches potential leads and performs outreach (calls, emails, etc.) to identify interested prospects for the sales team.

- Research potential leads using databases and social media, building lists of targets that fit the ideal customer profile.
- Conduct cold calls and send outreach emails to introduce the company’s offerings and gauge interest.
- Follow up on inquiries or older contacts, keeping the conversation alive and setting the stage for a sales meeting.
