Position responsibilities
Focuses on post-sale support and client retention. This VA checks in with customers, addresses their ongoing needs, and looks for upsell or cross-sell opportunities, ensuring the client remains happy after the initial sale.
- Onboard new clients by guiding them through initial setup or product usage and answering any questions right after purchase.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients (via email or calls) to ensure they’re satisfied, handling any minor issues or directing them to support as.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or renew contracts, and pass these leads to the sales team, effectively nurturing the customer relationship into further sales.
