Position responsibilities
Provides general admin support to a sales executive or team. This VA handles day-to-day tasks like email management, coordinating travel, and note-taking so the salespeople can focus on selling.
Our sales admin VAs can handle everything below and more:
- Manage sales reps’ emails and calendars, filtering messages and scheduling calls or travel arrangements for client visits.
- Keep track of sales team expenses and invoices, processing expense reports or client purchase orders as needed.
- Organize sales meetings (internal team meetings or client calls), prepare the agenda, and record minutes or action items for follow-up.
