Position responsibilities
Handles the scheduling of sales calls and meetings, acting as the liaison between prospects and the sales team. This VA ensures that interested leads are promptly scheduled for demos or consultations.
Our sales coordinator VAs can handle everything below and more:
- Reach out to qualified leads to schedule sales calls or product demos at a time convenient for both the prospect and a sales rep.
- Manage the salesperson’s calendar of meetings, avoiding double-bookings and sending confirmations/reminders to prospects.
- If a prospect cancels or reschedules, promptly coordinate a new meeting time and update all parties, keeping the sales pipeline on track.
