Position responsibilities
Provides general administrative support to the HR department or executive. This VA handles clerical tasks that keep the HR office running smoothly, from scheduling HR team meetings to preparing reports.
Our HR admin assistant VAs can handle everything below and more:
- Manage HR executives’ calendars and meeting agendas, and arrange travel or registration for HR conferences or training sessions as needed.
- Prepare basic HR reports (e.g. headcount, attrition rates) by compiling data from HR systems for management review.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing paperwork, drafting routine correspondence, and maintaining office supplies, so the HR team can focus on strategic work.
