Helps ensure engineering projects adhere to regulatory requirements and standards. This VA handles the paperwork for permits and licenses and stays on top of safety and compliance documentation.
Our engineering regulatory compliance VAs can handle everything below and more:
- Assist with permit applications by gathering needed documents and filling out forms for building permits, environmental clearances, or other regulatory approvals, then tracking their status.
- Maintain compliance calendars for each project (e.g. inspections due, certification renewals) and alert the team ahead of deadlines to avoid lapses.
- Keep records of compliance documents (safety certifications, material test reports, code compliance statements) organised, and ensure the project’s regulatory file is complete and audit-ready.
