Position responsibilities
Manages contracts and agreements for an engineering firm. This VA tracks contract milestones, renewals, and compliance, making sure the firm meets all its contractual obligations and doesn’t miss critical dates.
Our contract management assistant VAs can handle everything below and more:
- Organise and monitor contracts with clients and vendors, recording key dates (start, end, renewal options) and deliverables for each agreement.
- Send reminders for contract renewals or expirations to the team in advance, and prepare initial renewal documents or amendments as directed.
- Ensure contract compliance by maintaining checklists of obligations (reporting requirements, insurance certificates, etc.) and confirming that these are fulfilled on schedule.
