Position responsibilities
Manages customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation for the ecommerce store.
- Monitor product reviews on ecommerce platforms, responding to both positive and negative feedback to demonstrate excellent customer service and address concerns.
- Follow up with customers who leave negative reviews, offering solutions or refunds to resolve their dissatisfaction and potentially improve the store’s rating.
- Compile reports on customer feedback trends, identifying common issues or areas for improvement in product quality, shipping, or customer service.
