Position responsibilities
Helps manage stock levels and coordinates with suppliers to ensure that products are available when needed.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent stock shortages or overstocking, ensuring that the business maintains optimal stock levels and avoids potential sales losses due to unavailable products.
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders for restocking popular products, tracking shipments and delivery schedules to ensure timely replenishment.
- Generate inventory reports to help the business owner or manager make informed decisions about stock levels, sales trends, and reorder points.
