Position responsibilities
Provides immediate assistance to customers via live chat, resolving inquiries in real-time and improving customer satisfaction.
- Monitor live chat platforms for incoming inquiries, responding promptly to customers’ questions and guiding them through product or service-related issues in real-time.
- Provide step-by-step troubleshooting or solutions, resolving simple customer problems on the spot, and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Log chat interactions and follow up with customers after the chat if necessary, ensuring that their issues are fully resolved and tracking their satisfaction with the interaction.
