Position responsibilities
Helps ensure smooth customer interactions by scheduling service calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Coordinate with customers and service teams to find mutually convenient times for appointments, minimizing wait times and ensuring that appointments are booked efficiently.
- Send confirmation and reminder emails or SMS messages to customers, reducing the likelihood of no-shows and ensuring that customers are prepared for their appointments.
- Reschedule appointments when necessary, updating both customers and service teams, and ensuring that the CRM system is updated with the new appointment details.
