Position responsibilities
Provides administrative support directly on construction sites, ensuring that site documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Record daily labour hours, equipment usage, and materials consumed on-site, helping project managers maintain accurate records of project progress and resource allocation.
- Track materials delivered and used on-site, providing reports on stock levels, material usage, and ensuring that orders are placed as needed to prevent delays.
- Assist in organising and filing project documents such as blueprints, contracts, and reports, making them easily accessible to site managers and contractors.
