Position responsibilities
Supports construction project managers by tracking timelines and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Schedule regular meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure everyone is aligned on project timelines, milestones, and responsibilities.
- Track project progress by maintaining detailed records of tasks completed, upcoming deadlines, and any issues or delays, providing the project manager with updated information at all times.
- Coordinate communication between contractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring that everyone is informed of changes or updates, and that all issues are addressed promptly.
